Intel seeks a dynamic Construction Tool Install Area Coordinator to lead tool installation and qualification at our Ocotillo campus. What You'll Do11
- 1Demonstrate and qualify tools from design through construction to SL2SO/DSL3 standards
- 2Support PM and PIT on safety quality scope schedule and budget metrics
- 3Supervise engineers and technicians in matrix environments providing development guidance
- 4Represent FCS in CTI and VF forums and interface with customers suppliers and contractors
- 5Facilitate taskforces and AARs to advance CE processes and implement BKMs
- 6Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and innovative construction methods
- 7Develop skills for transition to TI Project Manager role as site capacity grows
- 8Cultivate a safety-first culture across all project environments
- 9Make data-driven decisions aligning with Moore's law pace of change
- 10Manage cross-functional areas and expand scope as project demands evolve
- 11Collaborate with business partners to influence outcomes in a matrix setting
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Architecture or related technical field
- 23+ years project or program management in large scale construction or factory tool install
- 3Expertise installing and demolishing process tool equipment
- 4Leadership experience managing medium to large scale projects
- 5Professional Project Manager certification with Lean methodology experience
- 6Minimum 5+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 7Previous semiconductor foundry experience preferred
- 8Strong knowledge of 3rd party management and operations coordination
- 9PMP certification and proven track record in large projects
- 10Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced matrix environment
- 11Commitment to safety culture across all operational levels
