- 7Maintain historical cost data unit pricing databases and market trend reports
- 8Mentor junior estimators and enhance estimating processes
- 9Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
- 10Participate in meetings regarding cost planning and construction services
- 11Develop quantity take-offs using digital methods
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 8 years of estimating experience in architecture engineering or construction services
- 2Strong understanding of AEC industry construction means and methods materials and building codes
- 3Proficiency in estimating software and strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- 4Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- 5Experience with large-scale commercial or civic projects
- 6Excellent ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously
