Overview
Lead design and governance of digital modeling and engineering efforts for a federal client. Modernize architecture practices by moving from static documents to model-based descriptions. Serve as SME providing master-level coaching and establishing rigorous standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as Subject Matter Expert providing master-level performance coaching to stakeholders and modeling teams
- 2Develop and maintain enterprise architecture guidance standards across the customer enterprise
- 3Define modeling conventions and naming standards ensuring consistency and interoperability
- 4Advise senior stakeholders on architecture policy and transition to model-based practice
- 5Establish governance mechanisms and architecture review processes
- 6Create integrated architecture models using CAMEO and SysML 2.0
- 7Apply OOSEM and UAF Development Method to select appropriate approaches
- 8Perform architecture analysis for risk and resource decisions
- 9Automate modeling with CAMEO scripts and explore AI agent capabilities
- 10Mentor junior architects and modelers within the organization
- 11Represent customer in technical forums and standards bodies
Requirements11
- 1Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance
- 2Doctoral degree in Computer Science Enterprise Architecture Systems Engineering or related field
- 3At least 10 years of enterprise architecture digital engineering experience
- 4Master-level performance coaching expertise and SME status
- 5Hands-on experience with CAMEO modeling tool
- 6Practical knowledge of SysML 2.0 and UAFML
- 7Experience developing DoDAF and UAF artifacts
- 8Familiarity with OOSEM and UAF Development Method
- 9Ability to evaluate architectural products for risk and capability gaps
- 10Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 11Experience supporting federal civilian DHS or DoD programs
