Enterprise Systems Engineer - Force Design Integration
Overview
Lead or support integration of mission area analyses and engineering into the Objective Force within a modern digital environment. Develop and implement approaches for integrating mission threads within the enterprise architecture framework. Collaborate with senior Government leaders and Engineering and Technical Group to address complex technical challenges. Maintain strategic relationships across United States Space Force offices while building end-to-end processes and data infrastructure. Provide technical support to Congress and the Intelligence Community. This role drives innovation in space force systems engineering and integration.

- 3Collaborate effectively on-site with senior Government leaders and Engineering and Technical Group to address complex technical and programmatic challenges
- 4Deliver best-in-class technical analyses and actionable recommendations that drive customer mission success
- 5Foster strategic relationships with field and headquarters offices across the United States Space Force
- 6Address the full spectrum of Space Force systems engineering and integration challenges by building end-to-end processes and models
- 7Lead data infrastructure development activities
- 8Provide timely high-quality responses to time-sensitive staff inquiries and technical support for official correspondence to Congress and the Intelligence Community
Requirements14
- 1Minimum Requirements – Project Engineer – Enterprise Engineering Bachelor of Science degree in engineering mathematics science or related technical discipline from an accredited institution
- 26+ years of progressive professional engineering or scientific experience in multi-disciplinary systems engineering and/or program management environments
- 3Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. Space Force and/or national security space enterprise
- 4Experience with system-of-systems SoS engineering enterprise architecting and model-based systems engineering MBSE tools and processes such as Cameo
- 5Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- 6Willingness to travel domestically approximately 20 percent as customer mission requirements dictate
- 7Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information TS/SCI clearance
- 8U.S. citizenship required
- 9Minimum requirements for Sr. Project Engineer – Enterprise Engineering 10+ years of progressive professional engineering or scientific experience in multi-disciplinary systems engineering and/or program management environments
- 10Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Aerospace Corporation functions through ETG and program office coordination and reach-back support
- 11Significant experience and knowledge of system-of-systems SoS engineering enterprise architecting and model-based systems engineering MBSE methodologies tools and processes such as Cameo
- 12Exceptional interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- 13Proven track record of effectively advising and collaborating with senior government and military leadership
- 14Self-starter with a proactive approach to ambiguous challenges and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments

$117 - $227k per year
