What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement digital electronic systems for space missions using Python and AWS platforms
- 2Lead development of FPGA/ASIC solutions leveraging VHDL and System Verilog
- 3Perform signal integrity analysis using HyperLynx and PSPICE tools
- 4Conduct root-cause investigations for hardware anomalies in mixed-signal circuits
- 5Mentor junior engineers and establish industry best practices for space-grade electronics
- 6Ensure compliance with radiation effects and board-level testing protocols
- 7Collaborate with Department of Defense and intelligence community on secure systems
- 8Drive qualification processes for electronic components under Space Qualification standards
- 9Develop prototypes through rapid Eprototyping cycles at Innovation Laboratories
- 10Provide technical oversight for mission assurance across satellite and ground infrastructure
- 11Maintain rigorous documentation and coordinate with stakeholders for system integration
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience building digital electronics for space applications
- 2Expertise in microelectronics design spanning concept to on-orbit deployment
- 3Proficiency in space qualification requirements and radiation hardening techniques
- 4Strong systems engineering background with focus on electrical component reliability
- 5Demonstrated ability to manage high-security clearance requirements
- 6Experience with mixed-signal analog design and PCB layout methodologies
- 7Mastery of transmission line theory and signal integrity simulation
- 8Background in C&DH systems and digital signal processing fundamentals
