Lead the end-to-end technical execution of a major electronic development effort, overseeing design, analysis, prototyping, integration, and testing of space-qualified electronics. Mentor a team of Electrical Engineers, collaborating with Cognizant Engineers and systems engineering. Manage engineering schedules, budgets, and milestones in a deadline-intensive environment. - 2Oversee design, analysis, prototyping, integration, and testing of space-qualified electronics, ensuring hardware integrity.

- 4Manage engineering schedules, resource planning, and milestone execution to meet program objectives.
- 5Coordinate with Cognizant Engineers, systems engineering, and cross-functional partners for seamless integration.
- 6Control project budgets and performance using EVMS and CAM, identifying cost reduction opportunities.
- 7Implement engineering process improvements to enhance quality, speed, and robustness.
- 8Support customer engagements, technical presentations, and major design reviews.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 210+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership or project lead role.
- 3Strong background in electronic system development; space-grade or high-reliability hardware preferred.
- 4Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- 5Experience with cost account management and budget oversight.
- 6Expertise in design fundamentals, PCB development, and test methodologies.
- 7Active U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
- 8Proficiency in Allegro CIS Schematic Capture and PSPICE.
- 9Experience in mixed signal electronics design.
