What You'll Do11
- 1Design and develop high performance test solutions for first silicon verification and manufacturing of precision digital and mixed signal products
- 2Create cost effective test hardware and software solutions across multiple sites for characterization and production
- 3Debug test programs and correlate production solutions with engineering benchmarks
- 4Implement test schematics and work with layout engineers on PCB design for multi site hardware
- 5Maintain production yields and resolve post release issues through collaboration with manufacturing
- 6Participate in new product development and evaluate emerging test systems
- 7Develop and execute Design for Test plans within verification environments
- 8Manage project schedules aligned with product launches
- 9Analyze statistical data to establish test limits and validate product specifications
- 10Lead cross functional teams in product qualification and ongoing support
- 11Release products to production by coordinating with quality reliability and assembly departments
Requirements9
- 1Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with three years test engineering experience
- 2Expertise in DE programming for analog/digital devices using Verilog Spice simulators and related languages
- 3Proven ability to develop ATE software for custom PCB testing
- 4Experience designing software and hardware for state of the art IC characterization and production testing
- 5Skills in statistical analysis for product validation and datasheet documentation
- 6Knowledge of design for testability principles and production support processes
- 7Ability to lead projects from development through manufacturing handoff
- 8Strong communication and teamwork abilities for collaborative product development
- 9Willingness to pursue additional education such as PhD if relevant experience not available

$139 - $157k per year
