What You'll Do8

  • 1Assemble PCB assemblies into product chassis
  • 2Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to execute electro-mechanical assemblies
  • 3Perform visual inspections against specifications and documentation
  • 4Document non-conformances and coordinate rework efforts
  • 5Solder and rework through-hole and surface mount components
  • 6Apply conformal coatings masking and epoxy applications
  • 7Maintain clean room standards during product fabrication
  • 8Support quality assurance through rigorous testing protocols

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum 5 years experience reading aerospace blueprints and manufacturing plans
  • 2Proven ability to lift 20lbs frequently
  • 3Strong knowledge of IPC J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards
  • 4Certification in Electronics or related field
  • 5Experience with soldering and precision calibration tools
  • 6Clean room environment familiarity preferred
  • 7Union membership or willingness to join CMM&IC Local 721
  • 8Ability to obtain U.S. citizenship and Top Secret security clearance
  • 9High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 10Experience with sheet metal brakes shears and torque wrenches
