Senior Director Corporate Strategy & Development
Overview
You will own strategy execution and corporate development at Trulioo, the global leader in identity verification, reaching 5+ billion people and 700+ million businesses across 195 countries. Reporting to the Chief Risk & Strategy Officer, you will drive the strategic blueprint, MAPS governance, and M&A. You will build intelligence and governance capabilities, AI-powered tools, and capital allocation frameworks. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and transformation.
What You'll Do8
- 1Test strategy against market forces, competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and customer needs using AI-driven scenario analysis.
- 2Translate the strategic blueprint into enterprise priorities, OKRs, and execution roadmaps across product, engineering, and GTM.
- 3Chair governance forums to track progress, resolve blockers, and redirect execution.
- 4Lead MAPS (Market Aligned Product Strategy) to evaluate build, buy, partner, watch, or pass decisions.
- 5Operate capital allocation governance with the CFO to connect strategy to investment decisions.
- 6Screen acquisition targets, coordinate due diligence, and model deal value.
- 7Design and run a market intelligence engine to deliver insights to executives and teams.
- 8Apply AI agents and analytical tools to automate market scanning and diligence workflows.
Requirements9
- 115+ years in corporate strategy, corporate development, strategic finance, consulting, or transformation leadership.
- 2Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, identity, fraud, or RegTech sectors.
- 3Degree in economics, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4Proven track record deploying AI tools and models to automate processes and enhance decision-making.
- 5Developed corporate or product strategies and converted them into measurable outcomes.
- 6Led large-scale strategic programs in global, cross-functional organizations.
- 7Hands-on M&A experience: target screening, due diligence, transaction analysis, integration planning.
- 8Advanced analytical and scenario-planning skills in ambiguous environments.
- 9Executive communication skills for board-level materials and stakeholder influence.

$190 - $240k per year
