The Senior Database and Systems Administrator leads the district's data infrastructure while championing equity in student outcomes. What You'll Do11
- 1Chiefly oversee and manage district data systems
- 2Establish and ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection
- 3Train and support the Database and Systems Administrator
- 4Manage all data storage and retrieval methods
- 5Maintain accurate student data and oversee transmission to DESE
- 6Develop systems for student score entry into management systems
- 7Assist administration in SIF integration and OLR module rollout
- 8Serve as lead contact for data systems and troubleshooting
- 9Collaborate on district data system expansions with vendors
- 10Provide ongoing training and feedback for staff efficiency
- 11Design and support reporting procedures for users
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading database projects
- 35+ years experience with Aspen and DESE reporting
- 43-5 years managing student data systems
- 52-5 years familiarity with Connect Ed and Versa Trans
- 61 year experience with OLR module implementation
- 7Bachelor's degree preferred from accredited institution
- 8Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- 9Proficiency in XML HTML Java and SQL
- 10Experience with staff development and workflow optimization
Salary Insight
$105 - $115k per year
