Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree required with master's preferred
- 2Minimum 5 years professional experience including 3 years supervisory roles
- 3Proven record of building and scaling operations at enterprise level
- 4Experience leading public sector organizations and managing budgets
- 5Expertise in educational leadership and special education systems
- 6Strong data analytics and KPI development background
- 7Demonstrated success in recruitment and talent development
- 8Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- 9Familiarity with special education regulations and compliance requirements
- 10Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments
