What You'll Do11
- 1Develop a case theme that outshines plaintiff ploys for sympathy or anger
- 2Refuse mediocrity and maintain the highest standards in all actions
- 3Independently manage court appearances depositions briefs and trials
- 4Collaborate with attorneys of all experience levels
- 5Conduct routine client communications and cultivate client relationships
- 6Provide leadership and direction to less experienced lawyers
- 7Hold ABA‑approved JD and current California bar license
- 8Manage full case lifecycle including discovery and trial
- 9Handle insurance defense matters with proven success
- 10Utilize advanced time‑management systems
- 11Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
Requirements10
- 1JD from an ABA approved school must be licensed in California
- 28+ years litigation experience focusing on discovery and trial
- 3Proven ability to manage independent workloads with minimal supervision
- 4Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word PowerPoint Outlook
- 5Demonstrated expertise with insurance defense and deposition techniques
- 6Experience with billable hour bonuses and comprehensive benefits
- 7Commitment to professional development and CLE participation
- 8Ability to articulate clear strategies in writing and speaking

Salary Insight
