Overview
Adobe seeks a Senior Compensation Program Manager to lead global pay equity and pay transparency strategy. What You'll Do6
- 1Lead the global pay equity framework at Adobe, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Inclusive Experiences to ensure fairness and alignment with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- 2Manage global pay equity reporting for US, Canada, and LATAM, including Gender Pay reporting and emerging external disclosure requirements.
- 3Support pay-related investigations with Employee Relations and Legal, delivering analytical rigor and good judgment.
- 4Design and evolve Adobe's recognition policy and Awardco program with the Rewards Operations team.
- 5Track compensation trends and peer benchmarks through networks and industry forums, synthesizing insights into leadership-ready perspectives that inform strategy before market shifts.
- 6Provide compensation program expertise across the portfolio, mentoring cross-program capability and deepening team knowledge to scale impact.
Requirements6
- 18+ years of progressive compensation experience, with meaningful exposure to equitable pay practices and global pay compliance.
- 2Deep knowledge of pay equity and transparency frameworks across multiple regions, including EU, US, and Canada.
- 3Demonstrated ability to function as a strategic advisor, influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change through compensation programs.
- 4Strong executive communication skills with experience working across Legal, Finance, and HR leadership on sensitive topics.
- 5Proficiency with Workday and compensation analytics platforms; comfort with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- 6Curiosity and familiarity with AI-assisted compensation tools and their application to pay equity analysis and program efficiency.
