Overview
You will own the global pay equity framework at Adobe, defining how the company positions itself on pay equity and compliance across regions. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and Inclusive Experiences teams to execute the EU Directive and manage pay transparency reporting. This role sits on the Global Compensation Programs team in San Jose, CA, and offers a chance to shape strategy before market forces react. You will bring high-level compensation expertise to sensitive investigations and lead the recognition policy with Awardco.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the global pay equity framework, partnering with Legal and Compliance to align with the EU Directive.
- 2Manage pay equity reporting for US, Canada, and LATAM, including Gender Pay reports and emerging disclosure requirements.
- 3Drive pay-related investigations with Employee Relations and Legal, applying compensation expertise to sensitive cases.
- 4Design and evolve Adobe's recognition policy and Awardco program with the Rewards Operations team.
- 5Track compensation trends and peer benchmarking through networks and industry forums, synthesizing insights for leadership.
- 6Provide compensation program expertise across the portfolio, mentoring cross-program capability.
- 7Shape compensation philosophy to stay ahead of pay transparency legislation across regions.
Requirements7
- 18+ years of progressive compensation experience with exposure to equitable pay practices and global compliance.
- 2Deep knowledge of pay equity and transparency frameworks across multiple regions.
- 3Proven ability as a strategic advisor, influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
- 4Strong executive communication skills with discretion on sensitive topics.
- 5Experience working across Legal, Finance, and HR leadership on high-stakes compensation issues.
- 6Proficiency with Workday and compensation analytics platforms; comfort with PowerBI.
- 7Familiarity with AI-assisted compensation tools and their application to pay equity analysis.
