Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with five years compensation analysis experience
  • 2Experience with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • 3Certifications such as CCP PHR SPHR GPHR preferred
  • 4Valid driver’s license required
  • 5Minimum five years progressively responsible compensation analysis experience
  • 6Knowledge of Workday preferred
  • 7Ability to research and interpret compensation laws
  • 8Strong analytical and communication skills
