- 11Support M&A and international expansion efforts
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with five years compensation analysis experience
- 2Experience with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
- 3Certifications such as CCP PHR SPHR GPHR preferred
- 4Valid driver’s license required
- 5Minimum five years progressively responsible compensation analysis experience
- 6Knowledge of Workday preferred
- 7Ability to research and interpret compensation laws
- 8Strong analytical and communication skills
