What You'll Do11
- 1Lead Total Rewards due diligence and integration for acquisitions focusing on compensation alignment and benefits harmonization
- 2Design rewards in professional services environments with incentive structures tied to revenue and book of business
- 3Maintain and refine employee benefits strategy while bringing thought leadership to future benefits propositions
- 4Assess and refine executive incentive plans balancing individual performance with corporate goals
- 5Analyze market data and develop communication channels for rewards wellness and well-being initiatives
- 6Collaborate with Compensation Committee presenting materials to board members
- 7Drive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business objectives and governance interests
- 8Utilize Workday or equivalent ERP systems for compensation and benefits analytics
- 9Support mergers and acquisitions through compensation harmonization across entities
- 10Implement HR enterprise planning systems including applicant tracking and performance management tools
- 11Mentor and lead a team of approximately ten HR professionals
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in human resources or business with advanced degree preferred
- 210+ years of compensation and benefits leadership experience
- 3Proven track record leading Total Rewards in global organizations with M&A activities
- 4Experience with Workday or equivalent ERP systems for compensation strategy
- 5Background in scaling enterprises with 5,000+ employees or equivalent complexity
- 6Familiarity with professional services consulting models
- 7Strong analytical skills and ability to influence across organizational levels
- 8Excellent communication abilities with inclusive stakeholder engagement approach
- 9Valid driver's license and ability to travel 10-30% of time
- 10Certifications such as SPHR PHR or CCP preferred
- 11Experience presenting to Compensation Committees of Boards
