
Senior Communications Specialist, Executive Communications
Overview
You will own executive communications for a large, complex organization, driving high-impact leadership meetings and synthesizing business insights into executive-ready deliverables. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape narratives that enable informed decision-making. This contract role in Research Triangle Park, NC offers hybrid work and direct exposure to C-suite strategy.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead preparation for executive leadership meetings, including agenda development, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
- 2Draft executive-level communications, including emails, talking points, and presentations, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements7
- 15+ years in executive communications, corporate communications, or related field.
- 2Proven experience drafting communications for C-suite executives.
- 3Strong ability to synthesize complex information for senior audiences.
- 4Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 5Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
- 6Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
