Senior Commercial Escrow Officer, Hybrid Role in Phoenix
Overview
Lead escrow operations for commercial real estate transactions at scale within a people-first culture. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and manage complex commercial escrow transactions from initiation to closing emphasizing accuracy and timeliness
- 2Design and implement processes for reviewing and recording documents and preparing final closing statements and title packages
- 3Own risk monitoring in partnership with Underwriting to protect company and client interests
- 4Ship regular status reports of escrow accounts to involved parties and ensure adherence to delivery dates
- 5Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and maintain smooth escrow workflows
- 6Scale customer experience by delivering outstanding service and maintaining professional relationships
- 7Lead compliance with regulatory requirements through proper documentation and archiving
- 8Debug and update closing documents and legal templates as needed to reflect transaction specifics
- 9Assist with preparing legal documents for closure of sales
- 10Monitor funds disbursement and ensure proper accounting in accordance with contract terms
Requirements5
- 14-6 years as an Escrow Officer preferably in Commercial
- 2Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
- 3Problem solving with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 4Comfortable with technology and proprietary programs and quick to adapt to new software
- 5High School Diploma or equivalent
