CornerStone Staffing seeks an Escrow Support Processor to provide centralized clerical and document processing support for residential escrow files. This high-volume production role operates onsite in Phoenix Arizona and involves supporting production requirements without direct customer interaction.
What You'll Do5
- 1Process high volumes of residential escrow documents accurately and efficiently
- 2Set up organize document and process escrow files from initiation through closing
- 3Prioritize competing workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
- 4Follow established escrow procedures company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
- 5Maintain accuracy and attention to detail during month-end and other peak-volume periods
Requirements6
- 1Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize high-volume work
- 2Self-motivated flexible and able to make sound decisions in a deadline-driven environment
- 3Ability to work required overtime including extended daily hours and occasional weekends
- 41-2 years escrow processing experience preferred with training available
- 5Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulations governing the residential escrow process
- 6Adaptability to changing production demands and priorities
