Escrow Support Processor, Title & Escrow Center
Overview
Own escrow processing tasks at scale within a centralized title and escrow operations team. You will support openings, closings, and fund disbursements across multiple escrow files and communicate with internal branches. - 1Build and prepare escrow files for opening and closing
- 2Prepare and deliver closing statements and closing letters
- 3Order payoffs, liens, HOA documents and evidence of insurance
- 4Distribute preliminary reports and coordinate with couriers
- 5Troubleshoot processing steps and follow established escrow procedures
- 6Communicate with escrow branches to ensure accurate information and timelines
- 7Support fund disbursements and distribution of documents
- 8Assist with order intake and documentation to support closings
- 9Maintain compliance with relevant escrow regulations and internal controls
- 10Contribute to team goals through consistent, reliable performance
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21-2 years escrow processing experience
- 3Ability to follow escrow procedures and regulatory requirements
- 4Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5Good working relationships within a team environment
- 6Fundamental knowledge of escrow concepts and processing steps
- 7Attention to detail and accuracy in clerical tasks
