What You'll Do9
- 1Build escrow files and prepare closing materials to enable timely closings
- 2Prepare and deliver closing statements and letters to customers and branches
- 3Disburse funds, order payoffs and lien documents, and coordinate payoff activity
- 4Schedule couriers and manage documentation flow to field offices
- 5Assist with opening and closing escrow files and distributing preliminary reports
- 6Troubleshoot process issues and follow established procedures to support team goals
- 7Communicate with escrow branches to share instructions and updates
- 8Contribute to team outcomes and support continuous improvement
- 9Perform clerical tasks related to escrow processing as assigned
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21-2 years escrow processing experience
- 3Ability to follow escrow procedures and understand governing regulations
- 4Good verbal and written communication skills
- 5Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
- 6Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of the department/field
Salary Insight
$37 - $50k per year
