What You'll Do11
- 1Assist the Escrow Officer in managing transactions including opening and closing escrow accounts and processing payments
- 2Communicate with title insurance representatives loan officers and other stakeholders to facilitate the closing process
- 3Review and audit all closing documents for accuracy and compliance
- 4Input access and retrieve data relevant to closings timely and accurately
- 5Read all contracts and lender instructions to ensure timely completion
- 6Maintain proper accounting procedures for depositing and removing earnest money funds
- 7Perform administrative and clerical duties to complete escrow transactions and follow-up requests
- 8Prepare settlement statements escrow files and closing statements
- 9Coordinate pre-closing and post-closing responsibilities as directed
- 10Manage customer queries by communicating with clients borrowers and lenders
- 11Upload documents into retention software and archive required information
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent associate or bachelor degree preferred
- 2Intermediate computer skills in MS Office Suite
- 32+ years escrow experience
- 4Basic knowledge of insurance terminology
- 5Spanish bilingual preferred
- 6Strong organizational and communication skills
- 7Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- 8Familiarity with escrow software and Adobe
- 9Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- 10Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
