Overview
You will own the full software development cycle for advanced packaging equipment at AIT Global, Inc., from requirements review to on-site deployment. You will work onsite in Fort Washington, PA, collaborating with engineering teams to co-specify features. This role spans C++ development, testing, and international customer support, making it ideal for a hands-on developer who thrives in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do6

Requirements6
- 15+ years of professional experience in C++ development.
- 2Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Object-Oriented Design methodologies.
- 3Experience with multi-threading and real-time systems is a plus.
- 4Ability to travel internationally for customer support (up to 30%).
- 5Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
