Overview

Own the full customer development lifecycle at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, from first contact to lease execution, driving deals with hyperscale customers. You will join a lean, end-to-end team backed by Quinbrook and Blackstone, working across Denver, hybrid, or remote. This role combines financial modeling, market research, and client service in the fast-growing data center real estate sector. You will directly shape commercial terms and IC memos, with 15-30% travel to sites and gatherings.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build market research and analysis on data center industry shifts to inform the Business Development team and customer strategy.
  • 2Run customer due diligence to map requirements, stakeholders, and demand drivers for each opportunity.
  • 3Summarize complex real estate lease agreements and term sheets, extracting key commercial points.
  • 4Draft preliminary term sheets that outline proposed business terms for prospective deals.
  • 5Prepare investment committee memos, including deal overviews, assumptions, recommendations, and next steps.
  • 6Track evolving commercial terms and perform ad hoc financial analyses to support return economics and underwriting.
  • 7Coordinate with cross-functional teams in site origination, legal, finance, construction, and operations to resolve commercial questions.
  • 8Monitor critical path milestones and report status in Weekly Business Reviews.
  • 9Assist in negotiating final lease agreements and associated documentation.
  • 10Deliver ad hoc status reports to leadership on active transactions.

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • 22-4 years of experience in real estate, consulting, investment banking, or related roles.
  • 3Strong analytical capabilities and Excel financial modeling skills.
  • 4Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • 5Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • 7Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
