What You'll Do9
- 1Lead financial and operational performance of a multi‑national data center asset portfolio
- 2Develop and execute asset‑level business plans focusing on leasing power improvements and risk mitigation
- 3Monitor occupancy lease metrics and power usage effectiveness to maximize returns
- 4Manage relationships with development and operating partners to align strategic goals
- 5Prepare senior‑level reporting and forecasts for Investment Committee and stakeholders
- 6Execute acquisitions development and structured investments through due diligence and financing
- 7Provide market insights on hyperscale and enterprise tenant demand to guide strategy
- 8Support capitalization and disposition activities in partnership with Portfolio Management
- 9Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure operational excellence
Requirements9
- 15+ years managing data center portfolios and executing acquisitions
- 23-5 seasons leading cross‑functional teams in asset development
- 3Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance or related field
- 4Expertise in power infrastructure and cooling systems
- 5Proficiency with Excel and advanced financial modeling tools
- 6Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- 7Knowledge of real estate accounting principles
- 8Travel capability to site visits and partner meetings
- 9Illinois residency required for onsite position
