What You'll Do9
- 1Manage accounting operations for a portfolio of construction industry clients
- 2Establish and improve internal controls related to project accounting and project management processes
- 3Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports
- 4Perform month-end and year-end close procedures
- 5Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- 6Review job cost reports and assist clients in monitoring project profitability
- 7Analyze work-in-progress schedules and support percentage-of-completion accounting
- 8Own and scale financial reporting frameworks across multiple clients
- 9Drive process improvements to streamline financial workflows
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 24+ years of accounting experience
- 3Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and general ledger accounting
- 4Experience managing month-end close processes
- 5Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- 6CPA designation or CPA candidate
- 7Experience serving construction or engineering clients
- 8Knowledge of job costing and WIP reporting
- 9Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or NetSuite
- 10Ability to commute to Chandler AZ 85286 location
