Senior Accountant, Manufacturing & High-Tech Finance
Overview
Own month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting within a fast-paced manufacturing and high-tech environment. Collaborate with operations and leadership to strengthen controls and drive process improvements. Scope includes inventory accounting, cost accounting, audits, and mentoring junior team members. What You'll Do6
- 1Build and manage timely month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules
- 2Analyze general ledger accounts including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and deferred revenue to ensure accurate reporting
- 3Review financial statements, perform variance analysis, and investigate discrepancies
- 4Support inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related accounting activities with reconciliations and analysis
- 5Assist with audits, compliance requests, reporting schedules, and internal control documentation
- 6Partner with operations and finance leadership to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies

- 1Senior Accountant role in manufacturing or high-tech environment with full accounting cycle experience
- 2Strong understanding of month-end close, GL, and financial reporting processes
- 3Experience with inventory, cost accounting, and manufacturing-related accounting activities
- 4Ability to support audits and internal control documentation
- 5Collaborative team player with initiative and a passion for process improvement
Salary Insight
$90 - $110k per year
