What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise all store functions and associates while serving as Manager on Duty
- 2Maximize sales results through training and coaching of direct reports
- 3Promote safety compliance and maintain exceptional customer service standards
- 4Solve operational issues and supervise front-end activities
- 5Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortages
- 6Assist in recruiting and onboarding new associates
- 7Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
- 8Drive community relations initiatives through company programs
- 9Coordinate meal and break periods while monitoring schedule adherence
Requirements6
- 11 year supervisory experience in off-price big box or specialty environments
- 2Strong interpersonal skills with positive engagement attitude
- 3Excellent time-management abilities for fast-paced settings
- 4Full-time availability including nights weekends and holidays
- 5Ability to handle merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more
- 6Capacity to stand and walk extended periods
