Retail Stocking Team Supervisor - Burlington

Lead Back of House operations as a full‑time supervisor in Burlington’s growing organization. This role drives efficiency and team performance across multiple locations.
What You'll Do12
- 1Lead merchandise progression process including receiving deliveries unloading sorting processing and stocking items on the sales floor
- 2Maintain cleanliness set‑up and organization of the back of house area
- 3Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shortages
- 4Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines
- 5Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration
- 6Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards
- 7Direct associate workload and hold accountability for team productivity results and merchandise protection
- 8Coach associates in real time and provide recognition
- 9Assist in recruiting interviewing and onboarding new staff
- 10Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
- 11Coordinate community relations activities through company programs and partnerships
- 12Manage meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in off‑price big box or specialty environments
- 2Strong interpersonal skills with a positive engaging attitude
- 3Ability to work full‑time including nights weekends and holidays
- 4Physical capability to lift handle and move merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods
- 5Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing teams
- 6Commitment to diversity inclusion and customer service excellence
