What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise all store functions and associates while serving as Manager on Duty
- 2Maximize sales results through training and coaching of direct reports
- 3Promote safety for customers and staff following company guidelines
- 4Cultivate a diverse culture focused on teamwork and collaboration
- 5Solve operational issues and supervise front-end processes to ensure excellent customer service
- 6Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce inventory shortages
- 7Assist in recruiting and onboarding new employees
- 8Participate in weekly workload planning meetings
- 9Drive community relations initiatives through corporate programs
- 10Coordinate meal and break schedules while monitoring adherence
- 11Maintain accurate records and handle scheduling responsibilities
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail environments
- 2Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- 3Ability to work full-time including nights weekends and holidays
- 4Physical capability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
