Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Valid California Guard Card or obtainable upon hire
- 3California Driver License with acceptable record
- 4CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- 5Minimum two years security experience with supervisory role preferred
- 6Luxury hotel security experience strongly preferred
- 7Strong knowledge of security operations and regulations
- 8Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution skills
- 9Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- 10Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- 11Flexibility for varied shifts and occasional travel
