What You'll Do11
- 1Recruit and train security personnel to meet operational needs
- 2Supervise and direct security teams to enforce safety protocols
- 3Patrol premises to detect threats and prevent unauthorized entry
- 4Conduct thorough bag and metal detector screenings
- 5Assist guests with seating and answer inquiries
- 6Warn guests of policy violations and remove disturbances
- 7Coordinate with medical staff during emergencies
- 8Complete incident reports after each event
- 9Lead post-event cleanup efforts
- 10Maintain positive customer service interactions
- 11Implement security improvements based on feedback
Requirements10
- 15+ years supervising security teams in live events
- 2Strong knowledge of security operations and safety procedures
- 3Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- 4Physical stamina for standing and walking
- 5High school diploma or equivalent
- 6Certifications such as PSO or Guard Card preferred
- 7First Aid/CPR/AED certification desired
- 8Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
- 9Commitment to teamwork and professional appearance
- 10Valid work authorization for U.S. employment
