What You'll Do11
- 1Direct and supervise security staff and other employees performing security services for guests
- 2Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to inquiries
- 3Lead staff training and ongoing development to align with event specifics
- 4Assist Security Manager in maintaining policy compliance and regulatory adherence
- 5Oversee productivity and communicate shift status updates to Management
- 6Train and evaluate security team members in various venues
- 7Assign and schedule team members to specific duties
- 8Model safety and security priorities while enforcing protocols
- 9Escort or drive vehicles for guest transportation and personal protection
- 10Write detailed reports on daily activities and irregularities
- 11Execute tasks as directed by Security Manager
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2At least 2 years experience in security supervision
- 3Working knowledge of security operations and safety practices
- 4Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- 5Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- 6Acute sense of judgment and diplomatic approach
- 7Team player with proven teamwork capabilities
- 8Physical stamina for constant walking and lifting 50 lbs
