What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to manage daily show operations
- 2Respond promptly to guest inquiries about shows and VIP programs
- 3Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain guest satisfaction
- 4Conduct pre-shift briefings and relay critical information to staff
- 5Oversee lost and found procedures and alcohol service responsibilities
- 6Maintain visibility and oversee back-of-house security
- 7Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate with Management Director
- 8Complete incident reports and assist in resolving guest issues
- 9Participate in Special Events across the venue
- 10Foster team unity and address guest needs proactively
- 11Manage high-volume environments with a focus on safety and efficiency
Requirements9
- 15+ years managing high-volume nightclub operations
- 2Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service or equivalent knowledge
- 3High School Diploma required
- 4Ability to lift 40 lbs safely
- 5Experience in live music or hospitality environments
- 6Physical stamina for prolonged standing and movement
- 7Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- 8Proven ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
- 9Commitment to inclusive workplace values
