What You'll Do10
- 1Patrol assigned area and monitor for suspicious activity and vandalism
- 2Operate and monitor surveillance cameras and inspect property and crowds
- 3Report incidents to local authorities and contact emergency services as needed
- 4Check doors, windows, and gates after hours to ensure property security
- 5Investigate reports of suspicious activity and escort unauthorized individuals off premises
- 6Respond to emergencies and de-escalate tense situations while maintaining safety
- 7Coordinate with staff and supervisors to ensure security standards are met
- 8Navigate property layouts efficiently and conduct multi-property patrols as required
- 9Complete online training modules to stay aligned with standards
- 10Maintain detailed observation notes and incident reports with accuracy
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 year security experience preferred
- 3Driver's license required
- 4Security guard training certification preferred
- 5Must be 25 years of age or older due to vehicle insurance requirements
- 6Must pass drug and background checks
- 7Ability to patrol quickly and stand or walk for extended periods
- 8Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- 9Knowledge of safety regulations and local codes
- 10Excellent observation and communication skills
