What You'll Do5
- 1Conduct foot patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, entrances, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
- 2Monitor access points and visitor activity, following entry procedures and directing individuals as needed.
- 3Respond to incidents and disturbances with a calm, professional approach, notifying appropriate personnel.
- 4Carry out security procedures and site-specific policies for client, visitor, and staff safety.
- 5Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs documenting incidents and actions taken.
Requirements5
- 11+ years of security-related experience.
- 2Valid New York State Security Guard License.
- 3High school diploma or GED.
- 4At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- 5Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
