You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, report security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and individuals accessing a government-operated service location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- 2Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- 3Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, entrances, common spaces, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, assisting with orderly entry, exit, and movement throughout the location.
- 5Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and onsite personnel.
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading security teams
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Valid New York State Security Guard License
- 5High school diploma or GED as required by the client
- 6Age 18+ for unarmed roles
- 7Background investigation completed as required
- 8Drug screen conducted per legal standards
