What You'll Do5
- 1Builds and maintains a visible security presence through regular patrols of hotel grounds and perimeters to deter incidents
- 2Responds to incidents and guest concerns in a calm, professional manner and documents actions taken
- 3Monitors access points and observes activity to identify policy violations and safety risks
- 4Maintains accurate daily activity reports and communicates findings to site leadership and management
- 5Supports emergency response procedures in accordance with site policies and procedures
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Background check and drug screen in compliance with laws
- 4Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
- 5Licensing requirements may apply based on state and local laws
