Security Officer Resort Patrol Flex, Hospitality Security
Overview
Oversee guest safety and security at a hotel and resort location on a flexible part-time schedule. You will conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while earning through fixed shifts and opportunistic additional shifts. You will join a team that supports communities and customers with a focus on service and safety. What You'll Do7
- 1Provide exceptional customer service to guests and team members while following security procedures
- 2Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas and property perimeters to deter unauthorized activity
- 3Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns
- 4Respond calmly to incidents and guest concerns and escalate per site procedures
- 5Document incidents and patrol activities and communicate during shift handoffs
- 6Assist with emergency responses and follow site policies to ensure safety and compliance
- 7Support site operations by reporting policy violations and security-related issues in real time
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Background investigation required per federal, state, local laws
- 4Drug screen as permitted by law
- 5May require a valid driver’s license for driving positions
