What You'll Do10
- 1Perform on foot or vehicle patrols of designated areas and maintain situational awareness
- 2Respond to irregular conditions, alarms, and safety hazards and coordinate with authorities as needed
- 3Manage access control by verifying entrants and monitoring entrances and exits
- 4Protect company property by deterring theft and ensuring proper removal of items per client requirements
- 5Investigate incidents, prepare written reports, and maintain logs per post orders
- 6Assist customers, employees, and visitors with courteous assistance and information
- 7Make emergency notifications and follow post orders for incident response
- 8Operate radio or console equipment to communicate with the team
- 9Support post operations by observing and reporting security concerns with accuracy
- 10Adapt to different posts and shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- 2Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed where required)
- 3Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer vehicle
- 4Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening as permitted by law
- 5Ability to operate radio equipment and computer consoles and to communicate effectively
- 6Strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
- 7Demonstrated problem-solving skills, listening, and conflict mediation
- 8Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments
- 9Ability to work irregular shifts with little notice
- 10Multilingual abilities considered a plus
