What You'll Do8
- 1Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by enforcing security procedures and site-specific policies.

- 3Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to identify and report unusual activity.
- 4Monitor entry points and verify credentials to control access and maintain orderly visitor flow.
- 5Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately using site-specific reporting procedures.
- 6Collaborate with facility staff and emergency responders to ensure a coordinated response to security-related events.
- 7Perform safety inspections of doors, windows, and security equipment to prevent breaches.
- 8Escort personnel or visitors as needed to secure areas within the facility.
Requirements8
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed positions.
- 2Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Pass a background investigation and drug screen as conditions of employment.
- 4Meet licensing requirements per state and local laws (may be required prior to employment).
- 5Hold a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
- 6Able to work night shifts including weekends as scheduled.
- 7Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- 8Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer service and incident reporting.
