What You'll Do5
- 1Greet clients, employees, and visitors, enforcing site-specific security procedures and emergency protocols.
- 2Respond to incidents and access issues with calm, professional problem-solving, escalating per site guidelines.
- 3Conduct unarmed patrols of office areas, tech facilities, parking lots, and building perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
- 4Monitor entry points and observe activity, reporting hazards or policy violations to designated personnel.
- 5Log incidents and maintain accurate documentation using digital tools and site-specific forms.
Requirements9
- 118+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed positions.
- 2Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3Possess a valid driver's license per Allied Universal policy.
- 4Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
- 5Meet state and local licensing requirements for security officers.
- 6Customer service experience preferred.
- 7CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- 8Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
- 9Access control/badge experience preferred.
