Security Officer Part Time Driver Patrol
Overview
You will own security patrols for a retail site in Chicago, covering vehicle and foot patrols across the property. You will report to site management and Allied Universal supervisors, working a fixed anchor shift with the option to claim extra shifts. This role offers flexible part-time hours with potential to scale up to 40 hours per week.
What You'll Do5
- 1Carry out security procedures and site policies to protect customers, visitors, and employees.
- 2Conduct regular and random vehicle patrols across parking areas and loading zones, identifying and reporting unusual activity.
- 3Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach, following site procedures.
- 4Monitor access points and employee entrances, observing and reporting suspicious activity or policy violations.
- 5Complete accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision.
Requirements5
- 1Hold a valid driver's license per Allied Universal driver policy.
- 2Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- 3Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Pass a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
- 5Meet licensing requirements per state and local laws.
