What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to tenants visitors and clients while conducting security related procedures
- 2Perform regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings common areas parking facilities and perimeter areas
- 3Respond to incidents medical situations and critical events calmly professionally solving problems following post orders
- 4Monitor access points observe activity document patrols incidents and security observations according to site procedures
- 5Communicate professionally with property management tenants visitors and emergency responders to maintain welcoming environment
