What You'll Do5
- 1Build and conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns
- 2Monitor property access and verify authorization for visitors and vendors according to site procedures
- 3Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner following emergency protocols
- 4Document patrol activity and incidents accurately and communicate findings to leadership and site contacts
- 5Provide courteous customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients while upholding security procedures
Requirements5
- 1Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License
- 2Have at least 6 months of security-related experience
- 3A valid driver’s license is required according to driver policy
- 4Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 5Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
