Overview
Armed with customer service and alertness, you will protect clients across commercial real estate sites in Yonkers, NY at a full-time, day shift. You will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while communicating professionally with tenants and visitors. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location
- 2Perform regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity
- 3Monitor property access, verify visitor and vendor authorization as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations
- 4Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed
- 5Prepare clear patrol reports including observations, incidents, and daily activity for property management and leadership
Requirements5
- 1Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License
- 2Have at least 6 months of security-related experience
- 3A valid driver’s license is required
- 4Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 5Have a high school diploma or equivalent
