What You'll Do6
- 1Build and perform unarmed patrols of retail common areas and perimeters to deter incidents and identify concerns
- 2Monitor access points and observe activity to report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations
- 3Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff while following site procedures
- 4Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports maintaining professional presence and clear communication with site contacts
- 5Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed according to site procedures
- 6Support a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff through professional interaction and assistance
Requirements9
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Background check in accordance with laws; criminal history considered per law
- 4Drug screen where permitted by law
- 5Possess a valid driver's license for driving positions only
- 6Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws
- 7Ability to pass a background investigation and maintain confidentiality
- 8Excellent communication and customer service skills
- 9Availability for part-time day shifts as specified
