What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while applying site policies and emergency procedures
- 2Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to identify and report unusual conditions
- 3Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner following site protocols
- 4Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions, and report unauthorized access
- 5Document observations and incidents and communicate findings to supervision and site contacts
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 21 years of age
- 2A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions
- 3Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 4Subject to background investigation and drug screening in accordance with laws
- 5Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment
