What You'll Do5
- 1Build proactive patrols across facility entrances, parking lots, and perimeters to identify hazards and unauthorized access.
- 2Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures
- 3Respond to incidents and medical calls in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency services
- 4Document patrols and incidents accurately in required reporting systems
- 5Monitor access for designated areas, verify authorizations, and report access concerns in line with site procedures
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 2Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 3Subject to background checks and drug screening as required by law
- 4Licensing requirements as dictated by state/local regulations
- 5A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
