Overview
Own part time security operations at a healthcare site in Tampa with flexible scheduling and the option to pick up shifts across multiple sites. You’ll provide customer service, enforce access control, monitor entry points, and respond to incidents while working within site protocols. What You'll Do5
- 1Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures
- 2Screen individuals entering the healthcare location according to access-control procedures and visitor requirements
- 3Monitor entry points and report suspicious activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel
- 4Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner following site-specific protocols
- 5Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter to maintain situational awareness
Requirements6
- 1A guard card or license is preferred
- 2Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
- 3Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 4Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws
- 5Drug screen as permitted by law
- 6A valid driver’s license for driving positions only
